Supper will be a taco salad

Its hard with trying to diet, do the celiac diet and all.
I did half a mile walking
Tomorrow Ill do more, was worried that it would start a flare up
They are talking about snow again, and Jess is working till closing

Today coming home from doing errands,we came across a crime scene
Later we found out this guy just went crazy and knifed 3 people are random and now they are figthing for their life.
Yesterday, a truck lost control and crossed the divider and killed 2 people
so random but so horrid
Here these people thought they had tomorrow, and they didnt
sigh
Life is scary
